Thank you for shopping at Puristla. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, safely, and in a timely manner. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for the United States market.
1. Shipping Cost
- Standard Shipping: FREE Shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required, and no hidden fees at checkout.
- 2. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Eastern Standard Time (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Handling Time: 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, tailoring, quality checking, and packaging.
- Order Transit Time: 7 - 13 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 - 16 business days from the date of purchase.
3. Shipping Destination
Currently, we exclusively ship to addresses within the United States (excluding US territories and APO/FPO addresses). All prices and shipping calculations are handled in US Dollars (USD).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
5. Address Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at care@puristla.shop within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot alter the shipping details or cancel the order.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team at care@puristla.shop within 48 hours of delivery. We will work swiftly with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund for you.
