1. 30-Day Free Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Return Shipping Costs - 100% FREE

  • No Return Fees: We offer 100% FREE returns for our customers in the United States.
  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for return items.
  • Prepaid Return Label: Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email. You will not have to pay for return shipping out of pocket.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at care@puristla.shop with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Print the return label, securely pack the item in its original packaging, attach the label to the outside, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at care@puristla.shop so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately with a free replacement.

5. Refunds Processing Time (Within 10 Days)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment in USD. Please note that it takes up to 10 business days for the refund to be officially posted and reflected in your bank or credit card account.
